1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the website www.grancanaria4you.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) owned by Grancanaria4you.

3.2. The information presented on the Website, such as descriptions, prices, routes and dates, is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change. Grancanaria4you is not responsible for any errors or outdated information.
Reservations
4.1. Reservations for trips, cruises and other activities organized by Grancanaria4you can be made using the forms available on the website or by contacting the company directly.
4.2. The terms of payment, cancellation and changes to the reservation are specified in the agreement or commercial terms provided by Grancanaria4you.
4.3. Grancanaria4you reserves the right to refuse to accept a reservation in the event of lack of availability of places, changes in weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.4. Our office reserves the right to cancel a trip due to an insufficient number of participants or for other reasons, no later than the day before the planned date. In such a case, we will refund the entire amount paid or propose an alternative date or another trip. Cancellation of the trip is a last resort for us, so we ask for your understanding. As an organizer, we want to carry out all trips, but we do not always have any influence on this. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days to the account from which the payment was made.
4.5. The participant is required to pay a deposit of EUR 25.00 to confirm the booking of the trip.
4.6. The deposit will be refunded in full if the trip is canceled by the participant no later than 72 hours before the start of the trip.
4.7. In the event of cancellation of the trip later than 72 hours before its start, the deposit is non-refundable.
4.8. In the event that the participant is unable to take part in the trip due to illness, the deposit may be refunded provided that a medical certificate confirming the illness is presented.
4.9. If the conditions for refunding the deposit are met, the amount will be transferred to the bank account from which the deposit was paid.
4.10. The participant should provide the appropriate bank account details if this is a different account than the one from which the payment was made at the time of reporting the withdrawal from the trip, which meets the requirements for refunding the deposit.

Fees
5.1. The prices of attractions presented on the Website are expressed in a specific currency and include taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Grancanaria4you reserves the right to change the prices of tours in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in market conditions. Price changes do not apply to reservations already made.
Liability
6.1. Grancanaria4you makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information posted on the Website. However, it does not accept responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies.
6.2. Grancanaria4you is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the Website or related to the offer of tours and travel services.
